How do I set up an account for subscribe/remove?

An account of subscribe/remove is essentially an email box that Mailing List Studio checks to check if there are new registrations or cancellations. You need to know the parameters for accessing the POP3 server of your email account. Copy them from the program you use to read the mail or request them from those who provided you with the mail service. We advise you to use a box dedicated only to this function, and not a mailbox normally used.
